Job Description:
As a Solutions Sales Executive at Crowe, you will play a critical role as a trusted advisor interacting with Crowe clients & prospective clients who are interested in, or already have Salesforce solutions. You will lead both pre-sales activities, acting as the solutions expert across the portfolio of products and engaging other SMEs across the organization to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. Additionally, the Solutions Sales Director will work directly with Sales teams at Salesforce to position Crowe consulting services for new and existing Salesforce customers.




Key Responsibilities Include
Own pre-sales activities such as visioning, scoping, SOW development and staffing while closely aligning with license and project teams
Provide Internal Knowledge Transfer & serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Delivery Team throughout the project, proposed solutions and client needs, in order to ensure successful project delivery and customer success
Contribute shaping customer vision, roadmap and quick wins, while exercising wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Support other factors that determine a successful transformation, including but not limited to setting up or changing the future Operation Model, advising on Business Change Impact, and developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters
Where appropriate and required for Customer Success, provide direct oversight to the project team during the full lifecycle of the engagement, acting as the escalation point for both the customer and Salesforce delivery teams.
Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new perspective clients as we build the Crowe brand & reputation in the ecosystem
Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with all internal and external leaders and executives
Nurture executive relationships during and post engagement to maintain customer satisfaction and identify and close on follow-up business
Create formal networks with key decision makers and serve as the external spokesperson for the organization
Identify and develop solutions to issues that impact department success or address future concepts, products or technologies

Experience & Requirements
(Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills)

7+ years' operating in a pre-sales environment, solutioning, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
4+ years' experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
Experience managing multiple strategic clients across different industries simultaneously
Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment- ability to manage & direct a delivery team is a must!
Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospect)
Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical
